Anybody know a good way of getting front spocket/pulley off the belt? I tried impact right and left used a chisel a to try and shock it used a 3/4 drive locked the brakes and had someone sit on it nothing this thing is pissen me off

5th gear, and standing on the rear brake, then bouncing on a 24" breaker bar did the trick for me. Heat would probably help also.

I warmed up mine a bit with a hand (propane) torch...........just play the flame around the outside of the nut and it should spin right off.

it is reverse thread, so righty loosey.

If you do not have a locking tool use heat like stated above and in impact. Sometimes, if it hasn't been removed in a while it can tae my impact gun 5 min to get it off...

I just let the impact wrench do it's job and it took about 30 seconds with it set on the highest torque setting. It came right off. You could use a drift pin and a hammer to give the nut a good whack, that may break loose any bonding agent.

Too much heat will foul the seal, carefull.

Spidy has it right, it's reverse threads and the best is to have a sprocket locking device and propane heat with liqued wrench, and an impact gun, or barring that a 1/2" breaker bar. For Me it was Reep's method that worked, luckily it was just close enough to that point of being not too tight. A bit of every reply exists in your sucessful removal, just take it easy, and keep your head. " I have a tendancy to have those angry moments too", just be patient.
