Im beginning construction on my new house next month and have the choice to run a natural gas line to the house or use propane. I dont know the cost difference between the 2 or how much of a savings I would have with one vs the other.

What do you guys think?

Also have any of you experimented with geothermal?

The house after it is built is energy star rated so I know its efficient.

Natural gas is cheaper than propane on the average. Also propane appliances are more costly than natural gas appliances. by appliances I mean furnace, water heater even range and clothes dryer.
