I finished sorting out the S2T I bought last year (8,100 miles) and started riding it...everything feels great EXCEPT the pulsing front brake. This bike is 100% original so I want to keep the iron rotor. The OEM pads still looked OK, but that's a cheap place to start along with a brake flush. Looking for advice on what replacement pads I should get. A quick check on eBay comes up with the following: o EBC FA210 – Organic o EBC FA210 – Kevlar o EBC FA210V – Semi-Sintered V o SBS 658HF – Ceramic o SBS 658H.CT – Carbon Tech o Buell OEM 42386-94Y (H0300.8A) – (Ferodo?) o Performance Machine 0053-1604SA o Volar Motorsport VBP185-f-2 – Kevlar Carbon What do you think? |

By re-mounting rotor 120 degrees rotated and shimming it with washers, vibration will go away gradually and it should be absolutely vib-free after 1000 ~ 2000 miles. |
