It's time to change out the seals on my 1996 S2. I know they are WP 4054 Roma forks and I have heard that they ar the same as on some KTM models.
Can anyone tell me if the seals for a 1994 -95 KTM Duke 620 will fit on the S2.
Has anyone got the measurements for the seals i.e internal and external diameter and thickness.
Thanks

It's on the forum here somewhere. I found the duke seals and a couple people have used them. However, the buell seals are still available for a slightly higher price and I know they are good quality and fit correctly so that's the route I went. I sent the forks to lance and he fixed me up.

Thanks for the info William, so the KTM seals and dust seals will fit?
Where are the Buell seals and dust caps still available from?

Do the S2s have the same forks as the S1s? I know the S1s have a goofy diameter and the oem parts cost a bit too much because of it. I did end up finding the measurements on the forum somewhere, and spent some time browsing KTM fork seals on ebay till I found some with the same measurements and just grabbed those for a few dollars. They fit perfectly, plus they were red, so a little flashy, despite the fact that you can't see them at all.

Thanks Josh, I have looked but have not been able to find the dimensions of the seals. I did find some reverence to the older Dukes though. I wish I had the specifications though.

Lance Krugler (lance651) has the seals in stock at St. Paul HD.
