Does anyone know if the exhaust header nut for an X1 is a buell part or if there's an equivalent harley part that will work? One of mine rattled loose

Aren't they 5/16-24? Someone correct me if I'm wrong

5/16-24 is correct.

I have been using loctite 222 on mine. It's super low grade loctite which doesn't do much, but it fills gaps and keeps moisture out.

I bought a bag of nickle plated 5/16 flange nuts with a serrated bottom so It will not back off.
