Have any of you guys replaced the reed switch that sends the signal the the canceller module?
I believe it's inside the speedometer.

Well,S2pengy loaned me a speedometer to try and it verified that the reed switch inside the speedo is bad.My signals cancelled with the loaner speedo in place.
Now to find a speedo.

Point of information for people looking to replace the discontinued OEM turnsignal cancellor Badlands motorcycle products makes a plug in replacement here is a link to their page http://www.badlandsmotorcycleproducts.com/2008/Pro ducts/BETCSM.htm#ATSIII
Item #21 is the direct replacement for the S2 I just had to replace my original and although it does not bolt in place as the original I left the original bolted in place and zip tied this unit to it and it works well.
