And they didnt do anything too much different than the stock bike. Yes, the oil tank is cool. Yeah, the seat is kind of cool too, but it would be miserable as the leather is mounted directly to the rails your weight will rest on. Yes, the paint is pretty. Yeah, the spoked wheels are actually pretty cool. BUT That gas tank is hideous! Nasty, ugly, gross!! It doesn't do a thing for or with the lines of the bike. Fork boots, really? That box under the engine they put the battery in looks as much of an afterthought as the fuel cell. Just not pleasing to the eye of this beholder. Edit: That copper treatment is gorgeous, but how well is it gonna weather? It's absolutely a show bike only I think, can you imagine trying to detail copper rimmed spoked wheels after riding in the rain? It disgusts me that a bike that has such rough lines could win awards. $18G's is a whole lot of money for a bike you can't ride.
