Has anyone seen or put Uly or other hardbags/cases on a 99-02 S3? Did they fit the stock bag support or what mods/bracket was needed? Ive been looking for for a while now but the lack of availability + all the inherent problems they had, makes me wonder about other options. Thanks TB | ||

The Ulysses bags use a standard Hepco-Becker mounting hoop. There is no hoop that will fit a tuber. If you're good with a welder, you can make brackets to attach the hoop to the bike. And all the stuff for the bags (including the bags themselves) are readily available through Hepco-Becker. I get my HB stuff at eurotechmotorsportsdotcom. Latches, lock cylinders, liners, luggage racks, you name it...they've got it. | ||

Yea I looked at their website but didnt see a HB mounting hoop for an S3 application. ..Rigging it on is one thing but Id really like to see how the Uly bag would look on it. | ||

Lemme see if I can "fit" one of my Uly's bags against my S2 for a picture...it'll be festive, orange Uly bag on a red S2!  | ||

That'd be great..just so I could get an idea of what it would look like. I tried mocking up one of my roadglides hard bags and that ruled that out |
