No idea, but for an even cheaper solution, try putting your wheel down on top of some protected boards on the ground next to your truck, trailer, deck, etc. (solid object with a bit of ground clearance under it); use one short 2x4 piece as a fulcrum to stand up on the bead, and a long 2x4 under the solid object as a lever. Pry down to break bead.

^ I've never gotten that to work. I just use a combination of screw drivers and jumping up and down on my no=mar-bar like a gorilla for 15 minutes and that usually does the trick.

The problem I see with that tool is - what happens when one bead breaks and the other doesnt? You'd have to put those jaws on the rim of the wheel.
