So i was holding the brake and pushing the forks down and there is a pop feeling in the right front fork tube when it is compressed about half way down.

The forks have been re-built (by the stealership) and also some hyper-pro progressive fork springs installed.

Any ideas on what it is before i go tearing into the forks again.

Thanks.

Similar thing happened to me - turns out it was a torn front isolator...

Mine was similar, but not half way down. With front brake depressed I'd push on the bars and it would nudge forward and click. Felt and sounded like a worn out head set. Turned out to be slop the front brake rotor.
