I have a 2000 buell X1 and would like to purchase a Steering Damper Kit. New ones are way out of my price range $400.00 + Any ideas

Fork clamp is easy--54mm. Shop for damper that has about a 5 1/2" stroke, mine is 16" long overall--found mine on Ebay. The frame clamp is the tough one to find. I used a bar clamp from a dirtbike handguard.

I don't use one and the bike is very stable at 140+ mph.

My other bike has a head shake at 80+ mph that i cannot get figured out. (It is not A BUELL) I would love a stabilizer for that bike.
