I need to order nut and bolts for a rear fender on my 99 Buell S3T. Anyone know the part # or what parts I should ask parts guy at dealership so I don't sound like a n00b. I think the fender attaches with 3 bolts? Thanks in advance! |

Fender I believe aftermarket aluminum. I was looking at the swingarm today and the rubber nuts are still in swingarm so all I guess I need are bolts? Is it possible to just buy bolts at hardware store and what size and length? |

Those rubber nuts are called well nuts I believe. They pop right out of their mounts so you can take them to your local HW store. Don't pay or wait for the HD ones! |

Sub fender I believe, could just be fender though. Don't have the PN on hand, but can provide it in the morning if no one else chimes in. Should be four screws in the swingarm (one is hiding up at the front of the swingarm). Here's a comversation about fenders from the M2 section: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/47623/547261.html?1270220101 (Message edited by littlebuggles on April 12, 2010) |
