I need to remount my rubber iso's on the frame for the fuel tank. Does anybody have a pic of where they go or some kind of measurement? I looked in the service manual and can't find anything in there about them and the new ones didn't come with instructions. Thanks!

What bike? If its the X1 then i would just use self adhesive velcro strips. Flip over the tank and look where there are marks from it hitting the frame and stick the velcro there. Only pull of the backing and stick it on the frame then put the tank on.

It's a 2002 M2 and I can't look where they were because everything has new paint on it. They are little rubber pieces that get glued on the frame, just don't know where?

here is what I do.

Use some masking tape and make a small loop sticky side out.

If you notice under the tank there is a nook where those bumpers rest.

Put the tape loop in there.

Now you will need another set of hands for this.

Put the front tank 'hook' into the frame, take the bumpers and remove the tape on the back side then put them in the nook so the tape loop hold them in. Do this for both bumpers.

Then place the tank down, this will place the bumpers in there correct location : )
