N0001.B is the part number, same as what's on the XB12R. I use 'em on my S1W with bar-end mirrors. Retail price is all of 0.30 each, readily available. I have one in stock (I know, half a set - awesome) but can order another if you can't find 'em closer.

Try ACE Hardware, or similar. Home Depot comes to mind. Look in the nut/bolt/fastner section. They should have a selection of plastic plugs for furniture, computer tables, ect. You should be able to find something that fits.
