Ok i just got my force exhaust sandblasted and powder coated black looks sweet, drove 100 miles today in 70 degree weather, parked for 4-5 hours got back on and started going through the gears normal all the sudden i now get a bad vibration at 3,400. whats the worst case and best case for this??? it definatly feels like its in the motor

Check over the exhaust and i would check the iso's

Iso = isolator. Rubber mounts that ISOLATE vibration from the engine, and reduce it from being 100% transferred into the frame.

i looked this morning and the rubber is all twisted up in that front mount thanks for the tip!!! is it advisable to drive it like this since its a long weekend and the weather is great will it wreck anything???

Yes, riding with a failed front Iso will hammer the the front Iso head mount causing sheared bolts/pulled threads in the head and possibly a broken head mount.

The Buell Iso is the cheapest around $30+ (I think)

I used the 16207-79D big twin Iso's on both my tubers, the last one was $63.88
