Author Message   Jon Posted on Friday, March 20, 2009 - 12:24 am:        The more I ride 'em both, I MUCH prefer my X1 (all JT&S hotted up as it is) to my Beemer. As I approach the 3rd annual Death Valley ride, I am facing the dilemma again. But this time, I really think I'll take the X1. I had coffee with a Beemer pal tonight at Starbucks and we were talking about the strange occurrence of many X1's for sale. I told him what I have been seeing them go for and he shouted, "Get behind me satan!!". I just think they are great bikes and a terrific deal right now. America doesn't need a bail out...America needs more X1s. Keep preaching at all the Starbucks across the land you you just make convert a few and they are great bikes! If I wasn't a Buell guy I would be a Beemer guy too.
