I stopped into the dealer this weekend and they don't have a clue, go figure. They can only get me the stock part. So I call American Sport Bike, $50 for 2 breather bolts. There has to be a cheaper alternative. Any other Ideas? |

Of course they don't have a clue. My 97 S1 came with one 90 and a straight. Just ask them to look them both up and get two of the 90s. Most of the time I just ask the parts guy for the book. I can find stuff faster than them. |

Ok O got them comming.First problem was the closest Harley dealer "Got Out" of Buell with the XB line so yes I do just ask for the parts book too. They are nice enough to do that. My problem was that I didn't know that the 90deg. was stock on a bike or what bike. So you would think a parts guy might think of this but I didn't so can I blame him? Well today after I posted I did a few more searches on yahoo and cam up with some buell instructions on another model with the part number. Called the closest Buell dealer and they would have to order. So I called another dealer out of state, none in stock. I asked for the parts guy for a dealer with them in stock. Albany NY, Ordered, Shipped, Should see them in a day or 2. Thanks all. |
