I will check from time to time in the future, cool stuff on the hot rods.

Do you have any data from the dyno runs, in particular the AF readings? this would point up lean conditions (fueling problem).

In the event that the ECM swap does not help and
ignition / fuel pressure are good. you may want a Power commander or a carb others here have force pipes I am not sure if they are on FI bikes.

I called the dealer today to check on my bike and they said the stock ECU did the same so they now have a new coil ordered for it. It should be in sometime this week so maybe I will know something before the weekend.

Called the dealer today and they are scratching their heads on my bike now. So far they have tried a new coil, ECM, and plug wires and still no luck. They say it will not even begin to try pull on the dyno. I don't think they can get it above 3000 rpm. They don't have any buell manuals so I think they are going to order one for the bike and try again. They are saying that when the bike starts missing and shutting down that nothing shows up in the ignition system. I will keep everyone posted.

I think they are waiting for the manual to come in before they start checking anything else. It looks like this is going to take a while.

A shop without a manual? Hmmm, maybe find another shop. Did you get my last Email?

They are thinking it is caused by the Force pipe. It didn't do it when I first put it on but is has gotten progressively worse as time went by.
