It doesn't have a name on it, Ed. It's just my old S3 in new clothes. '99 swingarm, what's messing you up are the rear set plates and the bike being lowerd three inches. The scoop is just to show my appreciation to cartoons. I'll post some more/better pictures when I have it further along.

Non a moose, don't worry. My last surviving feeling is kept in a safety deposit box for some day in future. By all means post under your own name. I didn't really have a detailed idea when we built the body. It really all just came together following the lines that already existed in the bike. We had alot of fun echoing the lines of the gas tank and tail section, kinda like this;

side

Hans, as we were building the body, my friend Reed and I were joking about making a tape recording of a turbine engine whine to play whenever someone was looking at the bike.

At first the plan was to make a seperate peice that would cover the air filter I made. I realized as we were working it would be more interesting to make it a scoop rather than a bubble. After that the cone followed because of the effects of the air hitting the flat face of the air cleaner. And it looked really (comic book) cool.

Sorry, one last one. This is what happens when you have two guys who make armor make a motorcycle body.

pegasus

We made a headlight cover and embossed a Buell Pegasus logo into the aluminum. It's the only fun we had (sort of :))
