Dillon started with reloading equipment. Good, high quality stuff up through the highly automated gear used by police depts.

For fun he spent the big bucks and bought a GE minigun. It was junk. He spent the next couple of years fixing all the issues that have been problems for operators since the 1960's. Then started selling upgrade kits.

But the GE version had such a bad rep, and were so worn out, he just started making vastly improved copies. They sell well too.

I can't get one imported into the Imperial State, nor can I afford to feed one on any kind of regular basis, but it's pretty much the primo testosterone toy.

Apparently Kuntzman neglected to use ear protection?

An AR15 bruised his shoulder?!? Good grief! Don't dare hand Gersh Kuntzman a 12 gauge shotgun to shoot! He'd surely pass out from the trauma.

We should respond to this gentile fellow with compassion and understanding though. He's likely still not psychologically recovered from the traumatic bruising sustained on his wedding night.

Thoroughly enjoyed the video, Court.
I am sure I will have a Barrett within a year...

Gotta make sure my nephew has a good gun collection.

Huntsman ought to shoot my Marlin Mod 94 in .44Mag.
3 rounds leaves a mark, just discovered the joy of .44Special. Happy shoulder.

It would really have to be an extreme situation for the Secret Service to use a minigun to protect the President. That touches on a question I have had; do police departments have full auto M-16's? Being just a civilian, I can't think of a situation where they would be needed over semi auto AR's.

You'd likely want to study the Hercules Teams that roam Manhattan. They each have 3 Ford Explorers, nicely equipped, and a slide out drawer that pops out when the tail gate lifts . . . to present a fascinating array of weaponry designed to keep the streets, subways and sidewalks (now strewn with super heroes and painted tits) free of terrorists.

The randomly roam and tactically reply throughout the city day and night . . . showing up, with no warning, at someplace like the Brooklyn Bridge or Empire State Building and conducting drills.

I think some of their purpose is to have a roaming visual deterrent. They are outside, below my terrace, generally once or twice a weekend. While well equipped . . . I must say some of the effect is eroded when this is carried out by guys my age rather than 20-something SEAL looking dudes.

New York City also has, I would would suspect, some off the charts amazing tech weapons that are out of sight.

I'm too old fashioned. From my experience, I'd want a couple "stoppers" (nice to keep folks alive to get answers) with modified Remington 870's backed up with an "immediate impact" sniper who could instantaneously neutralize a target.

The Obama regime has created a massive sales boom for guns but especially the AR series.

Why?

Because millions of Americans have noticed Barry is fundamentally dishonest. He lies about everything.

When he tells you "You can keep your insurance" & it leaks that he knew full well he was lying for months, daily, insistently, vehemently, you should doubt him

When he tells you "I'm not a Dictator" a line no previous President ever spoke, or felt the need to, then repeatedly breaks, ignores, & rewrites law with no legal authority, you should get the freaking clue.

When he tells you "I'm not going to take your guns" then tells his loyal serfs he's going to take your guns......

You go buy guns before he takes them. As he promises.

If the NY example holds the next year will show the greatest level of civil disobedience in history. Millions have refused to register to get on the confiscation lists.
Nationwide this resistance will be massive.

Be prepared to be the definition of terrorist. While mass murdering guys ( who went to Saudi Arabia or Pakistan for indoctrination ) who slaughter at concerts & other gun free zones are declared lone wolves and work place violence.

Just a quick note to all the people that believe we need to close the gun show loophole and have background checks there too. I went to a gun show in Pasadena Texas yesterday. Guns were flying off the tables but every vendor preformed a background check on every gun they sold.

So what freakin' loophole are you talking about?????

It's a lot like when Michale Moore showed how you could walk out of a bank in Traverse City, MI, simply for opening a bank account. It happened to be my brother's bank. Complete BS.

Moore lied. You can't spell leftist without lie.

You can't spell slaughter without laughter.... which is an anime meme. The pic makes it funnier.

I literally have had people tell me the planet would be better off if there were no guns. If you could cast a spell and they all vanished.

Then they get frustrated and go blue screen when I point out that unless they've spent a lifetime mastering the sword they are helpless victims to the next group of evil guys. Like 3 guys that want to rape & rob & murder you for fun.

Since the police are going to burn with the cities..

Bsod & denial of everything kicks in.

Let's put it smaller and less apocalyptic.

What 2 technological developments have given women the freedom they have in America & the Western world?

The automobile is a major player in the sexual revolution. But that's not it.

1. Birth control medication. Unlike a condom or other mechanical means this is a woman's way to avoid the crushing toil of pregnancy being the inevitable result of having sex. Her body her responsibility her choice.

2 The repeating hand gun.
Flintlocks & muskets don't do the job. Street gangs are by definition hyenas. They cowardly work in packs. From the days before bronze was invented gangs evolved the tactics of having disposable members for when they came upon prey who to their surprise, fight back competently. While he's getting killed by the victim's club/knife/sword/deringer the rest swarm the prey.

Only a repeating fire arm has power independent of a single person's muscle power & hard won skill to draw a bow & swing a weapon. Only a repeater gives the small, the crippled, a women, the ability to defend against multiple attackers.

And it's always either multiple bad guys or a solo rapist or thief who carefully discriminates for far weaker prey.

As was said over a century ago. "God made man. Sam Colt made man equal".

Not sure of your age, but some decades ago banks used to provide incentives to open new bank accounts. It was typical to give out free toasters, etc. I once got a microwave oven. Moore claimed that a bank in TC was handing out guns over the counter for opening a bank account. They had a shot of him outside the bank holding what we were lead to believe was a gun they had just handed him inside. Complete BS.

Some banks do give away rifles for opening a new account with $xxx.xx on deposit, or starting a CD.

You get a gift certificate and pick it up at... drum roll please... the local GUN STORE.

Duhhh...

I like this from Sowell:

"Virtually all empirical studies in the United States show that tightening gun-control laws has not reduced crime rates in general or murder rates in particular. Is this because only people opposed to gun control do empirical studies? Or is it because the facts uncovered in empirical studies make the arguments of gun-control zealots untenable?"

I'm reminded of when the Dems in TX fled the state, thus depriving the legislature of a quorum. Too bad we couldn't have prevented them from returning...ever.

Typical, with a good dose of bias.

I also read, on the Interwebs, that gun ownership in Australia had rebounded past its old level.

Still trying to understand why the old ban hit on shotguns.
Best home defense weapon, period.

Boom.

Though Colt has used some constructive marketing in the past:

The purpose of a gun is ultimately determined by the end user.

By the most basic reasoning an "assault weapon" would be one used in an assault.

At any rate, none of my guns are "killers" nor is its user.

I carry them as I have them...so it'd be kinda stupid not to.
