09 XB12XT. 46000 miles, stock bike. Bike starts (cold) and runs on one cylinder for a moment or two and then you can hear 2nd cylinder start to fire and eventually smoothes out, and runs fine. This has happened for last year or two, on occasion/random with pretty good amount of riding between occurrences. This last one seemed to be worse, lasted longer before clearing. No codes. Plugs recently replaced and old looked good. Suggestions?
