i located an oil drain plug on the swingarm but i drained another plug 1st that is on the crankcase just in front of the back one, not on swingarm. is this the same oil area? or do i need to add oil back to crankcase somehow? and where is the oil filter?

thank so so much. i really appreciate!!

The plug on the engine is for the transmission and primary chain. The one on the swingarm is the engine oil. You will need to refill the transmision/primary fluid (Use Formula+) or will damage it. All the info on changing the fluids is listed in both the service manual and the owners manual.

Take a look at this picture guide I made too.
