i just bought a 2000 m2. The shock is the model with the safety collar on it and the front exhaust hangar is of the non "Y" type... will any buell dealers still change these units out undr the recall or am i 3 weeks too late?

PS I saved an M@ from becoming another chopper and it it is now safely parked in MY garage awaiting next riding season after tires, brakes, oil change.

3 weeks, or 3 years? I bought the Y adapter with cash out of pocket because it was less work then trying to get my local dealer un-confused.

The shock is the bigger issue... but its hard to know which are OK and which were recalled. Call customer support with VIN in hand.
