Stupid question maybe...

Do 180 55 17's vary enough from one brand to the next to effect RPM's? My bike seems to be turning fewer revs at a given speed than it used to. Just wondering if the change could do it.

The tire circumference will vary not only by manufacturer, but by tire model, and by versions (year) within the model. This will have an effect on RPMs at a given speed, as well as many other things.
