I'm absolutely positive it's in here somewhere. However, my search feature won't work for some reason and I no longer have a service manual. Can somebody please give me the rear wheel torque procedures and specs for an '04 12R? Thanks in advance.

From my '03 manual:
1. Install the rear axle by threading partially into swingarm.
a. Center wheel in swingarm and lower pick to align swingarm and hub.
b. coat the axle with anti-sieze
c. Slide axle through right side of swing arm and wheel hub.

2. Install drive belt.
3. Install idler pulley.
4. Install sprocket cover.
"Never tighten rear axle with swingarm brace removed."
5. Tighten rear axle to 48-52 ft-lbs.
6. Tighten pinch fastener on right side of swingarm to 40-45 ft-lbs
7. Install caliper carrier and tighten fastener to 24-26 ft-lbs
