I have a brand new XB12Ss. The swingarm on the left side, near the oil dipstick, has these pale spots, like the coating has faded. I brought it to the dealer and they said that there's nothing they can do.

To me, it looks like a defect in the powder coating. Someone told me it might be overflow from the gas tank. It's hard to see, you have to get the light on it just right.

Anyway, I want to touch it up. Is there a way to do this easily myself?
