My S3, 1997, will eventually be painted Daytona Orange color scheme, like a 1973-1976 BMW R90S.

I'm painting my S3T Satin Black with Copper/White/and Gloss Black old school pin stripping. I don't have my fairing or bags on but I believe I'll be painting and pinstriping them to in the event I get wimpy in the winter and want the extra wind coverage, until then I'm using on aftermarket headlight that is simply chrome. Eventually I plan on having the frame powder coated copper but perhaps that a pipe dream, I can barely quit riding long enough to paint the bike much less the frame! But my suggestion regardless of the paint job would be paint the frame. Gloss Black bike with a Candy Apple Red frame is always a good look...
