what type of riding/mileage are you looking to do? I personally love the pirelli corsa III's for all around riding and get a decent mileage out of them. The turn in and grip on these tires are amazing.

I have almost 3k on the set and rear looks to have another 1k or more left in it. I actually bought two sets off my neighbor for cheap who does trackdays and recently went to slicks. I think you can get a set for $250 if you look. I also heard the pilot roads last a pretty long time but do not have the grip that the corsas have. I would be happy with a tire that would last atleast 5k of rough roads and agressive riding.

I put the Dunlop 616's on my '03 XB9SX and then my '05 XB12R...I like 'em a lot. And, they look mean too! Sorry, no track day info yet.

Absolutely the best tire I have ever tried on my '06 XB12R is the Pirelli Diablo Rosso.

Completely eliminated the bike's tendency to stand up under braking and resist turning while on the brakes.

Stickier and more confident inspiring than the Pirelli Diablo's.

Finally, it lasts longer than the Dunlop Qualifier and Pirelli Diablo by about 1k miles.

What was the mileage you got our of the Rosso's? I got just a hair over 4K out of my last set of Corsa 3s, and I am about due for another set of tires.
