I've been talking with a sales guy from d&d and I am looking for exhaust for my 2005 xb9sx and he said they have a slip on for $588 w/shipping included. I just want to know if it is worth it or not? does anyone have one out there give me a heads up.

Have you looked at the exhaust shoot-out results? Does the D&D offer power that you want??? YES- the D&D IS louder than most....I have a dual-exit tailgunner on my '05 12S, looks cool and sounds GREAT....$250.00.

There was a guy at my house the other day with a harley that had custom pipes on it that were LOUD! Well, my '06 12r was slightly louder than his, and it almost sounded the same as far as the tone goes. Amazing sound, I love it. Id say worth the money.

Also my roommate just bought a D&D for his 1125r and it sounds different than my 12r, but is the loudest exhaust I have ever heard. almost too loud.

definitely look at the exhaust shootout, a lot of good info in there.
