Hey does anyone know how to remove the gunk from the rim when they remove the old weight. I've got the red rims and you sure can see where the old weight has been.

I use universal adhesive cleaner from the local NAPA store. It says safe for most cured paints, use at your own risk, I have used it on a lot of wheels with no damage.

Ditto, I bought some at the local hardware store, smells like oranges! After use quick wipe with WD40 cleans it up real nice!
