Anyone made a form to lift an XB with a micron exhaust using a motorcycle jack. I have a nice motorcycle jack that works great for my HD but with the micron exhaust on my Buell I will need to make some sort of wood form to go around the Micron muffler. Probably not a big deal but if someone has already done it....

Your problem is not unique. Buells and almost all sport bikes have this problem [the exhaust system underneath the bike] making it dangerous to lift the bike with a standard cycle jack. And even if you don't tip the bike over there's the danger of crushing or denting your exhaust can. One solution is to use an engine [auto]puller and pull on a rope tied around the frame. You can also use a tree [if you have one]and a come along. Another solution is to use two saw horses and run a 2x4 between them and under the frame. Hope this helps KK

Pit Bull has adaptors that let's their front/rear stands work with Buells. I have a set - and it works just fine. I like being able to put the bike "in the air" and be able to work on the wheels, drivetrain, etc.

BTW - the lifts work with the XB, M2, and Blast. Check Pit Bull's website for what pin you need for the front lift.
