Has anyone had a Pro Series Race ECM go bad?
If so, what were the symptoms or how did you know?

Havent had one "go bad" but I did have one need a reset. Ran like shit sputtering and so on hard starting and stuff like that. TPS reset cleared it all up and has been fine from then on.

Done the TPS and Timing.
BTW, my problem is minimal, just considering everything. Bike just doesn't have the punch it should. Happened suddenly.

Might be a fouled plug and not the ECM.

My problem is minimal, could not be a dead cylinder, that would be very noticeable.
Is it possible to have plugs go slightly fouled? I have NGK Iridiums, have anyone had problems with them?

I wouldn't be too hard to pull the plugs and take a look.

Put the stock ECM on, runs better then it ever has, even before the little glitch happened. Can't believe I've been riding it for 1,000s of miles like that. I put it on right at 500 miles, after break-in, along with the Drummer and K&N filter and had the TPS reset. Never rode it with just the Drummer and filter, till now. And as I stated above I did have the TPS reset again and timing checked. Pulls just like my X1 now, roll on wheelies are a cinch. Anyone want to buy a Pro Series ECM?

I've been looking into the same Drummer, K&N, Race ECM configuration for my XB12R. So... you're saying the stock ECM puts out just as much power as the Racing ECM? Has anyone else tried this configuration and if so why isn't it done more?

Have you run into any problems since your last post? too rich, lean, check engine light on all the time, ect?
