I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, so I'm hoping y'all can help. I understand the Race ECM changes fueling and timing, but does it change the point where the rev limiter kicks in?

IIRC,no.Only the race module sold to race teams by Buell racing/Henry Duga does that.
