I think my XB12R is running lean there for running hot, when i purchased the bike it was not set up, it wouldn't even idle when i got home with it. So i set the idle according to the book, but i think it is still running lean and hot. How can i fix this, without a scanner or dealer intervention? Any help thanks. If i need to get a scanner, where can i get one?

Why do you feel it's running hot? How many miles?
