Today I was standing next to my bike letting it warm up when I noticed the taillight flickering on and off like someone was playing with the lever. It finally stayed on completely like the brake was on. Any suggestions for a repair? I'm supposed to go for a long ride in the mountains on Sunday so I need my brake light. Thanks all.

One of your switches is faulty. If you need to ride before a proper fix, unplug either the front or rear switch and see if the light goes out. Whichever plug you undo that sends the light out belongs to the faulty switch. Leave it unplugged and be sure to use the rear brake more often if it's the front brake light switch that's faulty, otherwise those following won't know you're braking.

Rocket.
