Good to be back. Took a little ride on as many parts of the loop as I could find yesterday - great to be on my bike again.

Now I'm just struggling with jet lag. I was falling asleep in front of the TV at 5 last night (1am Iraq time), and then I woke up at midnight (8am Iraq time), ready to go. That's the hardest part of the whole job.

Oh and if you like BBQ check out my friend Gary's website. The dude is a BBQ junkie, HARDCORE!! He has me bring some different sauces home from Memphis on my annual gambling trip there. Pretty cool site. He does write-ups on all teh places that he goes to and takes pictures of the plates so you actually SEE what you get.

I smoke my own meats... and make my own sauce as well...(something I picked up in Texas)

I am trying to find a place where I can buy a nice 10-15pound brisket at will....

I got all my HHGs in today. so, have the deep freeze, and all the goodies ready... and Tiff is making me insance about smoking a brisket this weekend.. probably have to settle for a chuck roast... biggest side of beef I have been able to find....

Oh well...
