No riding for me Sunday. My son is getting baptized that day. You guys are invited to come over Sunday afternoon for some food & drinks, they'll be plenty of both.
I'm flying back home Saturday night but hoping to get home earlier so I can do a little riding. |

All FI tube frame Buells run better with either tuning with ECMSPY or adding the race ECM.
Yes you should do one or the other if you have added a slip on and filter. |

you can download the software
then you have to build the communications cable...or buy one...Scotty had put up some info on that in the ECMSPY Cable topic or the archived ECMSPY topic...can't remember which...
All the instructions you need for buying parts for the cable and building the cable are in the help file in the ECMSPY software as well as tuning instructions.
Or you can just come down and we can take care of it for you. |

I did my own TPS reset on my X1.It took me a couple of tries for it "to take" properly.
Thanks went out to Eric for letting me borrow the software
Then Eric TPS reset my XB successfully
I miss Eric....haven't seen him in awhile |

I think someone should check on Eric!!
Jim, I started taking my bike apart for the belt upgrade, so I am hoping you found that front sprocket cover. ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE HAVE ONE, if Jim don't locate his?
I also realized I am going to need a 1 7/8 socket, for some reason my toolkit didn't include that one.
After taking my wheels off I realized I have those wonderful black bearings I have read so much about. I called the stealership and I was told $40. x 4 orange ones. OUCH and thats not labor. I tried to wine a little that I thought it was a recall so the guy said he will see what he can do and call me back.
I decided to go with some cheap corsa 3's for tires and now just have to mount them. Something tells me I am not going to be riding for a little while. I really dont want to have to take my wheels off again for the bearing later when they are already off now. From my reading they dont sound fun to put in either.  |

Well, I wont have my bike, I am bringing Tiff and the 2 girls, so... taking the caddy....
And, maybe I should clarify, I will be free from July 2nd, through the fourth of July weekend, leaving either sunday the 5th, or monday the 6th.
I will check this one more time before I hit the road, otherwise, talk to ya'll when I get into MA on satruday or sunday.
