The 11th annual brewgrass festival is happening in Asheville on Sat 22nd of Sept. Come ride during the morning and drink a few beers responsibly in the afternoon. I'll be in town to recommend some great rides, maybe we can get a big C3r's showing.

I'll be here, as far as I know, and ready to turn a wheel.

Do you have Ventura bags on your XB? Someone on an orange XB passed me 2 Saturdays ago going up Old Fort Mountain towards Black Mountain.

Yeah that was probably me I was out in Shady Valley on 421 for the day riding after my electrical issue got solved (3 shorts in the electrical sys caused my bike to short out above 1/4 throttle). I was happy to give the guys at Tilley's my $ to find the problem.

Is anyone heading down from the Baltimore / Washington area ? It sounds like a great weekend of music, beer and fellow Buell enthusiasts, but it would be a long haul for a solo ride. I though about trailering it and taking the mountain bike to for a side trip to Pisgah National Park.

Come on down with the Mt. Bike. Bent Creek Nat Forest is just outside of town with 65 miles of single track and a block from the parkway with camping too.

I won't be able to make it. BMW is offering a free 3 day offroad/enduro clinic at their new training facility in Greenville, SC. on 9-21,22, and 23. I can't turn that down. Ya'll have a good time and hoist a few for me!

Rumor has it that Brad Delp and Elvis have been partying and are gonna stage a Boston reunion concert at the Beerfest with Elvis playing cowbell. FB will surely be hurling front row center.

Hey Tom! Well, considering the festival is "sold out - don't come if you don't already have your tickets" the chances of front row center are pretty nil. We'll just haveta treat the neighbors to some Boston via the Bose from the clubhouse hurl deck - show em how they do it in California. : )
