Let's start planning! U4euh has offered to host the C3 Jr. Weekend again this year. Plenty of room to camp, roads to ride and places to visit.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 12th to Sunday, May 13th, 2007.

Posted by U4euh on main C3 thread - I've scouting(read-riding to get lost), got a whole bunch of new roads, thinking maybe the indian mounds around the area, maybe a covered bridge, possibly the aircraft museum I found on memorial day, see thread in adv folder.

Watch for more details to come!

Kristi
Jr.

Carlee is looking forward to riding with Sabrina and TJ again this year. Fair warning, Carlee wore her C3 shirt to school today. Thinking TJ and Sabrina will need one by the C3 Jr. Ride!!

Mother's Day 2007 - May 13th.

Do we need to rethink this date?

If you can't do it Carlos, we need to rethink it. The three girls need to be there.

If it isn't a problem for you or Jim, I'd rather keep it like it is. It's the same weekend we did it last year, and it's also my birthday. Thats nice for my kids because it gives them something they can do for me.

I'll still have two kids with me....I'll still know that I'm a Mom! I'm OK with it as long as Carlos is!

I am still good. Does anyone to come down on Friday night? Gonna try to do the same kind of bonfire we did last year! Any particular kind of riding anyone wants to do? I have ran across good asphalt runs, good gravel runs, and of course we could mix it up a bit!!!!

Jim, I might be up for coming down on that Friday. Maybe help you get things ready? Seems that I've always have a good time at your place. I've already scheduled that Friday off to assure I can't be signed up for weekend work. I sure would like to see the old airplanes, so keep that in mind.

U4 - Don't forget we will be 2up. I don't want too much gravel. I'd hate to drop my daughter.

There will be NO dropping of daughters! The Bitch has spoken.

U4 - Carlos may be on the M2, so packing might be interesting. We'll help with $$ towards the food and drinks for the weekend. I'm thinking if he gets out of work early enough on Friday, they may head on down your way. We'll let you know as time gets closer.

Thanks again for hosting the 2nd Annual C3 Jr. Ride!

That's 'Head Bitch' thank you! You know we couldn't do it without you Kristi!

No prob Jim, most of the roads I have in mind are not very loose stuff, but they go through some pretty scenery!

Mike, you know your welcome anytime.

I'm planning on going down Friday, if it's still okay with Jim. What time will you be around ? The xb seems to be fine, I was very pleased with HD of Greensboro, but I ain't taking any chances until I know for sure that it's charging. I'm gonna truck it down with a cooler of cold ones. Looking forward to getting out of town. Later...

Twig - The plan is for Carlee and I to drive in the truck as well. The M2 runs good, but has a small oil leak and I'd rather just tow it there and ride with everyone there.

Now to get the front tire on the wheel. Mark and I had a time trying to seat the new D220 front tire. I noticed when I got it that it had a crimped place on the inside radius of the tire from a band, but everyone thought it would be okay. Well it won't seat so I am going to put an Avon AV45 that just came it one it tonight if Mark can get freed up. If not Kristi will have to go to Ron Ayers and have them mount it and I will have to put it on the bike when I get home from work. I hope to be on the road by 5pm and its about 200 miles there. I'm guessing it will take about 3.5 hours since most of the run is 4-lane 70mph.

Funny how much mammals are alike. Mike and I have that Ten-Point Buck look after hearing a strange noise in the woods.

I have no fear of cliffs as long as I am running fast enough to keep my eyes where I am going. Never slow down.

Great pictures Jim.
