got a 08 883xlc added to my stable.

Does anyone know of some cheap easily removable sadle bages I can get for it? I currently have the quick detach sissy bar and luggage rack. I was wondering what would be needed to get a cheap set of saddle bags on it for weekend trips and not have to remove all kinds of crap/hardware each tine.

Also I keep dragging parts on this thing..haha. Its because of my miles with tthe buell. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to raise the heigth/clearence of the bike from the road. Tires, aftermarket shocks, any tips would be good.

Thanks

not sure about the bags but the best clearance and handling would be achieved with 12" Progressive shocks.

go with the tBag over the back of the backrest, they are huge, several varieties, and no pesky hardware to add or take off when riding with out the bag.

For a cornering Sportster... you should have got the R model
