I had my TPS reset last night. Now I notice that when I come to a redlight and pull the clutch in the RPM's don't idle down right away. Is this normal. This was the first the bike had a TPS reset. I stood there and watched the tech do it at the dealership and he did everything by the book. The bike seams to run ok.

I'd be willin' to bet your idle is set just a little bit on the high side.
I'm guessing it's hanging right around 2000rpm.

Yes glitch it hangs around 2000 for a couple of seconds then comes down to 1100. Should I just back the idle down a little bit.

Its happend to alot of ppl.
let your bike warm ALL THE WAY UP then adjust it down just a little bit till it fixes itself.

Should I just back the idle down a little bit.

It's usually a very small adjustment. So, yes down just a little bit.

I had the same problem, my cable was loose.
Check the throttle cable adjustment disks (Near the grip)
Could also be the aformentioned idle adjustment.

The bike does run better, no more burping back the intake
