Hey all, just found that my xb12ss Lightning long seat has been used as a scratching surface by my damn cat, lol.. so does anyone know if the Ulysses seat fits on the Lightning long? There seems to be many more Ulysses seats on eBay or Craigslist. I had always thought the rear subframes were close in size but not exactly the same. I don’t need to replace right away, just incase the holes get bigger... I had one small puncture I did myself years ago by accidentally dropping a Phillips screwdriver, but now I have a bunch of micro punctures, at least the seat doesn’t bleed like my hands ...

I don't think so, unless you swap the rear piece too? Maybe someone smarter than me will chime in.

I do have a nice and custom Ss seat I could sell you though.

Ha! you need a rubber chicken!
My cat did the same thing, unfortunately to the comfort seat on my XB.
A local hardware store has rubber chicken dog toys that make a really horrible squawk when squeezed, sounds like a zombie chicken from hell, after I scared the cat with it a few times he wouldn't go anywhere near it.
I put one on the bike seat whenever its parked in the garage, works great!

Great idea about the squawking rubber chicken, maybe I’ll just put the vacuum on my bike! Lol
