Does anyone know if the triple tree, forks, and rear shock from a ulysses will fit an xb9s? I am looking at a xb9s, but I think that the xb9s would make a great supermoto with the longer travel suspension, and beefier wheels.

The rear shock won't fit without serious mods, and the spring rate is designed for the longer swingarm. You could possibly have a custom shock built to lift the rear that much but that is a lot more deflection than the stock swingarm was designed for, and may cause problems. The forks are bolt-in though if you have the newer, non-SCG trees. Older models also require the later bottom triple tree.

This something I'm in the process of doing, but I'm converting an R model instead. Forks shock and swing arm/ belt is what I'm looking at. See any problem going this route?

The frames are different, you can't fit a long swingarm on the short swingarm models. You have to have a custom shock made.
