I am about the same, any XB except for the X will be a good fit.

06-08SS is the lowest of the bigger frame bikes.

I have a 28.5" and manage to ride the XB12XT. It isn't bad unless I find an off camber hill or pothole to stop at. I cannot flat foot any Buell. But who wants to stop anyway!

Good luck!

FWIW, I find long trips on my '08TT to be very nice. Great riding position.

Rough measurement shows X-1 to have a 33in seat height; the TT runs about 34in. The downside is the TT seat is about 3in wider in the front, compared to the X-1. Means I can flatfoot the X-1, the TT not so much.

I rode a 12R not liking that and then a 12ss that was pretty close just about a inch to high - thanks to a fellow bad web. I am thinking either the cityx or the 12scg might be the ticket.

The 2009/2010 SS is taller than previous years as it uses the STT suspension, giving a seat height similar to the XT, but the 2008-2008 SS uses the standard height Lightning/Firebolt suspension and will be on par for height of those bikes.

Wow, you have a long torso.
I am 5'5" with a 29"

I've owned a CityX and that seat was a little too high.
The SCG seat, worked good and I currently have that on my Firebolt
The stock XB12R seat was also comfortable. I just couldn't flat foot it.
