does anyone know how to remove the bolt to the shifter assembly and the thing is the hole for the allen wrench is scraped up and I tried using vice grips and I am not successful doing it that way... so can someone help me |

Sears.com Look for the drill accessories. They have bolt extractors. Harbor Frieght too. |

I did the same thing. Drilled a small hole in the bolt for the extractor, pulled it right out. Took about 5 minutes. Now when I remove a fastener, if it has a bit of oxidation on it, I'll clean it up and put some Anti-Seize on the threads. I've already extracted my fair share of bolts. |
