Could anyone give me a lead on where I should start this mod of my xbr to an xbs. Maybe a step by step or something of the sort. Also before I get flamed. I searched it. Here and on google. Still can't find what I'm looking for. I'd like to start with the tail at first and work my way forward. Thank you in advance. Robert.

WOW - I JUST got asked by a guy at work who wants to convert his Lightning to XB (front end only, he still wants to keep the lightning seat)

Let me know if you might be interested in part-swapping. He's very new to Buells and is not on Badweb (yet)

Im the other guy from work... ha! So how much of that front end do you wanna swap. I just received the top triple from slaughter. But i can give that back if you want to trade bars too.

The whole front end. I want the look and feel of the S. mine R is stock. Bars and all. Do you have pics of your front end and one over the bars?

Looks like i found a fairing. So im actually gonna keep my front that way i have both.
