SO my 04 Firebolt wont go pass 100 some times 80 or 60. it just boggs down, like fuel cut or something. And IMO back fires worse then it usually does. Any fix?

How many miles?
What type of fuel?
My first thought is plugs and a TPS reset.

Is it possible that water go into the fuel?
The alcohol just loves to draw moisture in.
