How hard is it to remove the swingarm for powder coating?

It isn't that hard. You do have to drain the oil and remove the oil lines. Remove the back wheel, belt, and brake caliper. The swingarm is then held on by the shock mount and the pivot. The swingarm pivot uses the same tool that you use to remove the rear wheel. It should be in your tool kit. The hardest thing is supporting the bike. I just hung mine from the ceiling joists with straps to do it.

Use a car jack on the rear jacking point might be a little simpler.
