Took the guard off and pulled a small rock out of the belt. You are riding a 9 and the older belts are more prone to failure. If it held, I'd replace it at the normal service interval (which is only 2k away for me).   Court Posted on Wednesday, June 09, 2004 - 11:09 am:        Interesting that the "it works fine" demonstration HD put on when they showed off the belt included filling a belt full of 1/4" holes and having a dude do burn outs...then, if legend holds true, they lifted a dresser by the belt. I think that as long as the integrity is no compromised, by say bending, the belt is pretty darn tough.
