So I just set the bike on its right side in my driveway turning and stopping. Broke the peg but thats not the issue. I started it up to make sure all was well and now my oil light stays on. Rev it a little and it goes away. Am I looking for a loose connection or did I hit a sensor or something? All help appreciated.

Are you sure you didn't hit anything near the oil filter or the chin spoiler?

One other thought is that since it was laid on the side some oil may be trapped topside and might take some time to work its way back down.

I looked it over and as far as I could see I didnt hit anything that would do that. I broke the peg and folded the bar end over but theres not even a scratch on anything else. i was hoping it was just an air bubble or something and was letting it sit over night.

Went out and started it yesterday, light went out and took it for a ride and all seems to be well. Thanks for the help.
